X10 Smart Care Watch

Protection used to stay at home.
Now it goes wherever you do.

Continuous vitals, ECG at a touch, SOS with live position via GPS & Wi-Fi, live tracking and navigation – powered by GNI, connected to the response center in real time.

On the wrist

Everything a wrist can tell.
Read by GNI, answered by a person.

Seven vitals, an ECG at a touch, sleep and daily activity, a fall detector – and the safety layer that follows the wearer outside. Every reading is read by GNI against the wearer's own normal, not the average.

Two ways to wear it

On its own,
or as part of the home.

The X10 lives in two modes. The intelligence, the response center and the reports are the same in both.

01 · STANDALONE · RPM

The watch is the whole kit.

For health providers running remote patient monitoring (RPM): the X10 is issued on its own – no hub, no sensors, nothing to install. Vitals and ECG trend to the care team's dashboard; SOS, live position (GPS & Wi-Fi), tracking and fall detection go to the response center. Managed directly by GNI.

02 · INSIDE SAFE HOME

The home's outdoor layer.

When the wearer leaves, GNI leaves with them. Live tracking, vacation mode and the morning report all know where they are – and the operator who answers is the same one who knows the home.

How it works

Three moments,
on the wrist.

A fall near home, a reading the clinic asked for, and a bad moment in the park that needs an ambulance – each one from the watch to the person who answers.

0116:40 · A fall on the curb

Two blocks from home, the watch does not wait.

  1. DeviceFall detected, outdoors

The X10 detects the fall – and with it, where it happened: the curb outside the grocery store, two blocks from home. The SOS line opens on the wrist.

  2. GNIA fall, not a stumble

GNI reads the impact and the stillness after it against her normal gait, and calls it a fall. The case goes to the top of the queue with the location on it.

  3. OperatorOn the wrist, in seconds

The operator answers through the watch itself, hears her voice and can see exactly where she is.

  4. OutcomeSteady, and back on her way

She tripped on the curb and is already up. The operator stays on the line until she is steady, closes the case, and the family sees it in the evening report.

0210:15 · A remote reading

Vitals without lifting a finger.

  1. DeviceStarted from the dashboard

The nurse starts a blood-pressure and stress reading from the dashboard. The watch measures; the wearer does not have to do anything.

  2. GNIRead against her baseline

GNI places the reading beside her last four weeks – not beside a population table – and flags it only if it moved.

  3. Care teamOne dashboard, in real time

The result lands in the care team's dashboard as it is taken, with the trend beside it.

  4. OutcomeA trend, not a number

Three readings over a week become a pattern – and a treatment shaped to her record, not to the average.

0318:10 · Chest pain in the park

The one that needs an ambulance.

  1. DeviceSOS, from a bench

A tightness in the chest on the afternoon walk. He sits down and presses the SOS key – and with it the watch sends his live position via GPS & Wi-Fi, his heart rate and his last ECG.

  2. GNIThe readings say emergency

A heart rate climbing, oxygen slipping, an ECG that does not look like his own – GNI reads them against his normal, calls it cardiac, and puts the case first in the queue with the position on it.

  3. OperatorAn ambulance, navigated

The operator opens the line to the wrist and stays with him, dispatches an ambulance and navigates it to the live position – tracking the watch until the crew is beside him.

  4. OutcomeReached in minutes

The crew finds him on the bench, not "somewhere in the park", with his readings already in hand. The operator calls his daughter, and the family sees the whole timeline in the evening report.
